Information we collect
Our public calculators can be used without providing your name, email or phone number. If you request an introduction, we collect the contact, property and project details shown in the form, plus the originating page, referral and campaign parameters, submission time and any calculator context you choose to send.
We do not ask for tax documents, deeds, Social Security numbers, bank details or other sensitive financial records.
How we use and share information
We use submitted information to respond, operate the service, prevent abuse, maintain records and connect you with suitable participating service providers when you consent. Those providers may contact you about your project. We may also use service providers for hosting, security, database and email delivery.
We do not sell personal information for unrelated advertising.
Retention, security and choices
We retain lead information only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records, dispute prevention and legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, validation and abuse controls, but no system is risk-free.
To request access, correction or deletion, email silvanopara@gmail.com. We may retain limited records where legally required or necessary to protect the service.
Cookies and analytics
We favor limited, first-party operational measurement and do not record form contents in analytics. If optional analytics are enabled, this policy will be updated with the provider and choices available.
